Hayat Holding carries out property development activities through several subsidiaries and is among investors in Axis Istanbul, the shopping mall, office and housing project in the Istanbul district of Eyüp, the Axis Kağıthane AVM shopping mall, Tempo City Housing project in Kağıthane, Istanbul, and the Simetri Office project in Bahçelievler, another Istanbul district. The real estate investments of the group include a business center in Başakşehir, Istanbul.
Sunrise City, an ongoing construction in the Tatarstan Republic of the Russian Federation, is the leading real estate investment of the group abroad. The giant project in Naberezhnye Chelny, the second leading city in the region after Tatarstan's capital Kazan, consists of seven multi-storey residential blocks, two business centers and a shopping mall. The first phase of the Sunrise City was completed in 2015, receiving the top prize in 2017 in the most successful Regional Project category of the Commercial Real Estate competition platform, which evaluates commercial real estate projects in Russian Federation.
